Hi! I lived at Greentree Apartments for over two years. Unfortunately I had to move out because of my job situation. I strongly recommend this place. It’s peaceful, green, people are friendly and helpful, especially manager Mr. Stopka. I felt there like home.

I have lived in Greentree Apartments for over ten years. Recently Greentree Management "spruced up" my apartment. They provided me with a new air conditioner and a new screen door. A few years ago, they renovated the kitchen, including new cabinets and a new tile backsplash. In the past they replaced/repaired bathroom items as needed. I enjoy living here.

I moved into Greentree Apartments located at 239 Spring St. in Red Bank, New Jersey on July 1, 1995. I have been very happy at Greentree. It is a nice, friendly apartment community in which I feel very safe. Any minor problems that I have had with my apartment have always been attended to immediately. I have had no major problems. Andre Stopka, our Manager is excellent and responds in a timely manner to any questions or concerns.
The apartment grounds are kept in very good condition. In the Spring & Summer flowers are planted all around and the yards are mowed on a regular basis. Andre takes pride in his job and works closely with the tenants to follow up on any problems. In the Winter Andre works very hard at clearing our drive way and clearing out our parking spaces. He really gets the driveway and the spaces clean and passable. Andre was very busy during the Winters of 2010 and 2014 keeping our driveway clear.
The rent is very reasonable for the Red Bank area. The building is located on a very lovely street surrounded by many lovely older homes. Until I retire and move back to California I plan on staying at Greentree Apartments. I definitely recommend Greentree Apartments for affordable rent in a clean, pleasant and friendly environment.

I have been a resident of Greentree Apartments for about eight years. When my wife needed a railing put in to help her get into our apartment, I spoke to Management and they had the railing installed very quickly at no charge to us. I have been very happy living here.
