Q: How much do you require for security?
A: We require 1 and 1/2 month security. Please contact us for specific rates.

Q: Do you perform credit verification?
A: We do run credit checks on all applicants, within the guidelines
MOof the Fair Credit Reporting Act as established by the FTC.

Q: Can I have a pet in the apartment?
A: Pets are not permitted in the apartment.

Q: Can I have a washing machine in my apartment?
A: No. We have an on-site Laundromat facility to that effect. The Laundromat facility
MOis opened every day from 6:00 am to 11:00pm.

Q: Can I paint or make structural modifications to the apartment?
A: Structural modifications are not allowed due to building codes. If you wish to paint
MOthe apartment, please contact the superintendent. You will be asked to sign a commitment
MOform requiring you to repaint the apartment white prior to vacate the premises.
MOThe property management reserves the right to keep your security deposit
MOif such commitment is not observed.
